Orders within the contiguous United States:
Shipping is just $13 for orders under $175, and FREE for orders of $175 and over.
Despite recent increases in USPS rates, we have not raised our rates.
NOTE!! Do NOT autofill the state on your shipping address. The system will tell you that you have not entered the state.
Please include a daytime phone number when ordering. Standard orders within the contiguous U.S. are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground Services, depending on distance and weight.
Orders for in-stock items that are received by 5:00 p.m. PST are shipped in 1-3 days. We try to get all orders out the next business day.
UPS/FedEx Next-Day and Second-Day options are available within the contiguous U.S. Call or e-mail for rate information.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other orders outside the contiguous United States:
Contact us for shipping rates before placing your order. Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. must be pre-paid, and additional shipping charges will be applied at time of shipping. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Damaged shipment: We do our best to pack things carefully so they will be safe during shipment. If your package has damaged contents, we will replace the damaged item provided you take photos of the damaged box and goods, including the shipping label, and send them to us so we can file a claim with the shipper.
We will notify you of back-order status. We reserve the right to hold orders until all items become available.
Returns and Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned merchandise must be in new and saleable condition and in the original packaging for credit to apply. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before merchandise may be returned. It may be obtained by contacting us. We reserve the right to return-to-sender any unauthorized product you return to us.
If goods are refused when shipper delivers or if delivery is cancelled after being shipped, a 25% restocking charge is assessed and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We recommend that you ship returns via UPS or FedEx as these carriers provide the ability to trace your shipment and automatically insure packages valued up to $100. If your package is valued at more than $100, we recommend that you insure the package for its total value in the event of loss. If you elect to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) it is highly recommended that you insure your package. The Grooming Guru bears no responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please contact us for replacement of merchandise or a credit toward your next purchase. Please take a photo of the damaged package and goods so we can file a claim with the shipper and recover our losses. Please allow time for a claim to be processed with the shipper. When contacting us, include your order number, name, and address.
